Hi, my name is David. We are looking for a roommate Male or Female - We are in Portland / Beaverton. Near Cedar Hills on Cornell Rd in an upscale neighborhood. The rooms are available now. Looking to start with a one year lease. You would be joining two roommates. What you would be getting is a shared large home, you would have two rooms a private bathroom adjacent to the bedrooms and an additional office space. Laundry room with washer and dryer. The large kitchen, living room and dining room are on the main floor with a great view, and half bath. We try to keep shared space cleaned by all.
We are looking for another professional person to join us with the possibility of staying longer than just one year. We often can go a day or two without seeing each other, but when we do we can have a friendly conversation. The house is furnished besides what you decide to put in your rooms. Convenient on street parking is available. We have a quiet hours rule No cooking meals at three AM 😂 There is a lot of good things about this place, it’s a quiet family neighborhood with great views, sunsets - local shops and restaurants down the street. We are respectful of others and our neighbors. We split all utilities equally, and can share the cost of streaming services. Feel free to reach out and we can chat about it more. You can tell us about your situation and what you were looking to accomplish. Photos that show Green and Blue room would be yours, NOT Furnished. You are welcome to paint. 500 hundred deposit- 1/2 refundable if no damages cover carpet cleaning fee. The two of us both agree we are looking for an introvert personality, that does not have a need for overnight guest, parties. All of us should feel safe with each other.
