My current roommate/ friend is moving in with his girlfriend of several years.. which is awesome! But I need a new roommate! This room is ready on 11/1 (or maybe earlier).
The house is fully furnished and dialed in. Your room comes with the option of being completely empty or it currently has:
- Newer Queen bed with storage drawers underneath
- Flat screen TV
- Side tables
Room is on main floor. Bathroom is right next to it. I have my own bathroom so sharing would only happen if you or I have a guests over.
All the water, gas, electricity, internet, is paid so you just have rent as an expense.
Sharing the living room, dining, and kitchen.
Basement has newer washer and dryer.
I have an "old lady" cat that mostly sleeps. Sorry introducing a new animal to the house won't work for now.
There is a music room in the basement. For a musician this would be an ideal space we could potentially share. I do practice music but never late and we will work out a schedule together to make sure this is not interrupting your schedule.
Yard is awesome with garden beds. I would love to share these/ get help with gardening but if your not into it, no worries.
I might have some extra storage for you, let's talk and see what you have.
