Private room available in a 3 story townhouse at Latitude Living apartments. Room has its own private bathroom. Top floor consists of bedrooms and laundry, second floor is the kitchen and living room with additional half bath and first floor contains garage. Space for 1 vehicle, tandem parking.

I am looking for a female who is quiet, tidy, and respectful to take over my roommates room at the end of our lease (January 7th). You would be living with me, who works days and keeps mostly to myself. I do have a medium sized dog that is very friendly but doesn’t always get on with other animals so no additional pets at this time.

The rent is 1000/month plus utilities that usually range from 200-250.
