My wife and I own a 2 bed 2 1/2 bath rental home near the river in Portland Oregon. We do not live there. The home has two master bedrooms, with an ensuite bathroom each. Laundry onsite. One car garage and two parking spots. Plenty of street parking too. Each room rents for 1300, and there are two rooms available. It's ideal for two couples without feeling crowded. With four residents, that brings your rent to $650 per person.
We are flexible with whatever room mate structure the residents would like, happy to discuss options, however we are looking to rent the entire home out.
