Cottage style apts, no one above or below , it’s more like a house. I have a full size washer and dryer in my apartment.. semi private bathroom,(just need to share the shower. Otherwise it’s all yours)! Fairly large kitchen..big enough to SHAKE IT when a great song comes on. If you want cable or internet is the responsibility of the person considering rent with me. The back yard and patio are fully fenced and psd locked. My apartment is a 3 min drive to PCC Sylvania Campus and just up the street from Multnomah village. Also right on the bus line just outside the front door.
