Hello,

I’m looking to share a two bed room two baths in my current building in Midtown West. The building is a great escape from the City as it is near by the Hudson River and hidden in a drive way. I love running along the Hudson River and go rest by the park and the port. If you work in mid-town and is active, you'll love it - it has 2 tennis courts, a half-olympic size swimming pool, a basketball court, parking space (not free though), a gym, a dog park, and a shuttle bus across mid-town. The building across the street has fancy gym with massage and sauna (so if you're into that ...).

The concierge and security team is the nicest most helpful group of people. They're always there to help you with maintenance requests and package problems, no matter what time. I really feel at home and safe because of them.

The apartment is massive. And even though it doesn't have in unit W/D, laundry room is on every floor. The appliances are typical stainless stuff.

A little bit about me:

I'm a 27 female. I work as an associate attorney. I have a big dog and a cat. I clean and cook quite often, and always stock the fridge with fruits, snacks, and drinks. I love to decorate the living space with a lot of plants and quirky personal touch, as well as try fun and up-coming home/tech gadgets around the house. I would like to find a roommate that is tidy, clean, and also interested in building good vibes in the apt to feel peaceful at home, easy to entertain guests, and/or throw some parties once in a while.

Ideally, I would like to find a female roommate and/or LGTBQ people that are dog and cat friendly.
