Hi!

I'm a 28 y/o gay software engineer originally from the Philly area. I have been in the city for about a year now but am still feeling my way through it.

I am outdoorsy and try to be outside as often as possible / go camping every once in a while. Expect me to spend every dollar on concerts and door dash. I occasionally play some Kingdom Hearts / other games.

I currently live in West Village but pretty open to stay around here / Hells Kitchen / Chelsea, or go into Brooklyn as long as I can get to Union Square in 30 minutes or less.

My current lease goes until Aug 15 so Aug 1 is probably the earliest I am willing to sign something unless its affordable enough where I can carry double rent. I currently pay 3300-3500 but would prefer to get that down to 2500 or lower if possible.
