I'm a NY licensed attorney who moved to the city in 2016, left in 2020 on active duty military orders (as a JAG) and will be returning August 2023. I'd prefer a LGBTQ+/friendly roommate.

I love the work hard play hard mentality of New Yorkers, but I have to admit that Monday through Friday I do like the routine of work, gym, tv and wine, repeat. If I go out, I'll do it on the weekends...usually.

I have two dogs, Luke and Lily, who are super chill and old. Luke is 16 in August and Lily will be 12.

I'm a very clean and organized person and would love a roommate who shares a similar level of cleanliness. I get that things will get messy from time to time, or that we may be too tired or having the week from hell to get to things, but I do believe that whenever the storm passes, we should do our best to get our place back into decent shape.

As far as social expectations, I'm totally open to being friends, finding shows to watch together, cooking dinner together, etc.. Honestly, that just makes this more fun. I'm also okay with this being very transactional. I just want us both to feel comfortable with one another and with our shared home.
