Hii, I'm looking for a new roommate starting March 15 2024 to Aug 31st 2024,

Cost is $1550/month with $1550 deposit in total (wifi/electric would be the only extra cost). Plenty of light in the apartment and bathroom Bedroom fits Full size bed with extra space for desk, has a closet, two windows. Access code to the building entrance, apartment on the third floor (2 small flights of stairs, takes 30 seconds) , security camera in the lobby and each floor, one mailbox (packages dropped inside the building lobby) one block away from JMZ Myrtle Broadway station (20 mins to LES, 30 mins to midtown Manhattan, 1 hour to Rockaway/Riis beach).
Laundromat /post office (1-2blocks away) groceries/supermarket/plenty of bars, restaurants within 1-4 blocks. Management is very responsive.

Docs for application(if applicable): Credit Score, last 2 paystubs, letter of employment.

I'm 30, F, open to any gender/orientation/age. I am clean, organized, generally quiet, love animals no couple :( ,
I work from home 2/week. Just be kind, clean, conscientious, queer friendly.
