I currently live in Gramercy sharing the apartment with my classmate who lives in the living room. I love this neighborhood but the price is a little high for my roommate. So, I need to find a new roommate. I hope we could rent a 2B2B without anyone living in the living room this time. My requirements for the apartment is washer/dryer in unit, doorman and gym. I hope to live close to my school, so I prefer location around 23Str and 3 rd Ave. I prefer a healthy life pattern, like going to the fitness center 3 times a week and wake up around 6-6:30 am. I’m shy and not good at communication. But I’m kind and don’t want cause trouble to my roommate. If you are outgoing enough, I hope you could influence me to make me more outgoing since I also want to be a better person. But if you can’t, it doesn’t matter. We could just split the rent. I’m an inner guy and could survive without communicating with others. I don’t accept smoke or drugs. As for drinking, I don’t drink. But I don’t mind you drinking a little bit at home. And I prefer you to drink at bars since there are a lot of bars nearby.
