My roommate and I are currently living in a 3 bedroom apartment in the Lower East Side and are looking for someone to take the spot of our roommate who is moving out at the end of July.

Apartment notes:
- Move in date: August 1st
- $5850 a month ($1950 per person)
- 3 bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms
- Living room and kitchen space
- No brokers fee but there is a $680 lease transfer fee
- 3 bedrooms
- Semi furnished (the person moving out is open to selling some of his furniture)
- 4th floor with an elevator
- Short distance from Delancey-Essex Station
- Well stocked kitchen (you're welcome to use my pans/plates/etc.)
- Dishwasher
- Washer & dryer

About Sean:
I’m a recent graduate of NYU Steinhardt’s songwriting masters program. I practice singing/performing sometimes in my room but I’m open to limiting my practice hours to specific times of the week. I work remotely as a programmer so most of my time will be spent in the house during the week.

About Adrian:
I am a Music Technology graduate student. I work in a studio and as a researcher for an educational start up. I spend the majority of my time out at my various places of work but am around in the mornings and evenings at the apartment.
