I'm currently living in a 2 bedroom apartment in East Village and am looking for someone to take the place of my current roommate who is moving out in the end of July. I should mention that a sports bar is open directly below and it can get loud on weekends but the landlord has offered half off on our first months rent to make up for it this (it should take the rent total down to 3350 a month).

About me:
I’m a songwriting graduate student at NYU Steinhardt. I have a keyboard and guitar with me but if you ever need me to be quiet, I can use headphones while I’m playing. I’m working remotely as a programmer so most of my time will be spent in the house while I’m not in a classroom. I’ll be fairly quiet on most weekdays but I’m open to hanging out when I’m not working.
