Nicole L - $1,500/month

Hi! My name is Nicole, but most people call me Colo! I am looking for someone (maybe two people) to find a great house that has lots of space in a great location. I live alone now, and love my space, but I am interested in finding a larger spot and paying less to share the common spaces with some awesome people. I am pretty set on living in Ridgewood, but would be open to Greenpoint or Northern Bushwick as well! But if we really vibe and you show me a different area that is really great, I'm always open! I am originally from California but have been in New York now for about two years and love it! I work long hours in the film industry so am usually not home during the day. At night I love to spend hours sewing, writing, cooking, and listening to music. I am a pretty quiet and a very respectful roommate who deeply appreciates space, quiet, and CLEANLINESS. If you are loud, messy, have your partner or other people over all the time, we would not be a good fit :( . (**no couples) That being said, I have become very close to a lot of my past roommates and would love to find someone I vibe with so we could make the house a fun and calming place to come back to. I am also super into home decor, so I would love to find someone who cares equally about creating a clutter-free and artistic aesthetic throughout the space. I do not have pets of my own but would love if you do! I would prefer my own bathroom, but am not opposed to sharing if the spot is great. And having a bathtub would be soooo great! I am willing to spend up to $1,500 on a really great space. But, just because that's my budget doesn't mean that has to be yours. If we get along and are looking for the same things, I am so open to figuring out a situation that works for any income :) Moving can be stressful, but I am excited to find someone cool and kind to create a lovely home environment in a great area!
