My friend Sofia is 26 years old and from Spain. She moved to NYC as a Fulbright scholar and is currently enrolled at the Martha Graham School of Dance while working in other types of art.
I’m 24 years old, from Chicago, and I studied international development. I’ve worked in community development and housing issues these past few years and I’m going to start a new job as a tenant organizer soon.

I appreciate time to myself and having a laid back atmosphere to live in. I love reading, long walks/runs, watching movies, and volunteering in my spare time, among other things.
But I’m also down to get together and do a variety of things: nights out drinking, going to museums, parks, and generally exploring the city, more homey stuff like movie nights in the apartment together.
Most important quality in a roommate for me is maturity (empathy, emotional intelligence, etc!!)
