I work in local restaurant administration, but am moving to New York to pursue career growth, and be closer to some friends and family there.

As a roommate, I’m laid back and communicative. I’m respectful of communal spaces. I don’t mind pitching in to help clean up after others and share household duties, as long as the effort is reciprocated. I have lots of experience living with roommates, and I can provide references upon request.

I am lgbtq+ and 420 friendly (I don’t smoke often myself but I don’t mind if you do!)

I do have a cat. He’s very friendly and low key, but he is non negotiable so please only reach out if you are okay with cats!

I am primarily looking for housing on the East Side of Manhattan and some easily-commutable areas in Brooklyn or Queens such as Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Ridgewood, Long Island City, or Astoria. My top budget is $1500/month.
