Hi all - I’m 28 & work in health/tech policy. I’m getting my MPH from cuny which is why I’m moving from DC, I love to travel, hear live music, attend art/poetry shows. I tend to keep to myself during the week but always down to watch a movie, play a game, grab a drink or just chill.

Id love to have chill roommates - professional with stable incomes who value own space but can also potentially be friends with or create an environment we can rest/recharge but also have fun or have friends over if need be. I’m super progressive, lgbtq friendly & 420 friendly (I don’t smoke but don’t care if you do, I’m down for hookah though).

Lastly I’m looking for roommates either at a place already established or to find a spot near Harlem or lower east side for August. My move in date is flexible as I’m currently traveling abroad but would like a place around august 15th. Budget would like to keep under $1400 but can be flexible for right place & amenities (aka washer and dryer in unit)
