Heewon L - $1,600/month

I am looking for a room to stay from August 1st or even before that. I am interested in living with multiple people as well.

I am looking into neighborhoods that are below central park (Area around 14th street or below that would be ideal). East village, greenwich village, soho, LES, west village, chelsea, Flatiron, gramercy park are definitely my top choices, and Williamsburg/Bushwick is also a consideration!

Work/ home balance:

I am a fashion student going into senior year. I won’t be home too much because of the work load and my jobs outside of school. I literally camp at school during finals!!

Hobbies:

Strolling down the streets, photography, reading, listening to music, drawing/painting, going to explore coffee shops + open to your hobbies as well

Drinking/Partying:

I am not much of a drinker, but I am totally fine with people who drink, and will drink with you if you want company. Same goes for a parties, I don't party that much, but I will go out with you if you want company, and I don't mind if you're a party animal as long as you clean up and respect my private space!

Sleep Schedule:

I have no problem falling asleep at night no matter how noisy it is. I can literally sleep in karaokes when people are trapping. I might sleep late in the night, early in the night, or even just come home to take a nap.

Guests:

I am also fine with guests or overnight guests as long as my guests or overnight guests are fine, and as long as my personal space is respected.

Noise:

I might be on my knitting machine some times. It won't be every day for sure. I will keep it inside my room and it's not too loud, but youtube up knitting machine sounds to see if you would be okay with it!

Personality:

People say I'm nice and I think I am a pretty reserved person. I think communication is very important and if you think something I do is bothering you, I am very open to listening to you and making modifications.
