Im pretty chill, like being social, down to get a beer on a random tues or go to a random concert or play darts or whatever really and def would want to be friends. prefer the apartment to be pretty clean, not perfect but if guests come over they aren’t disgusted lol. decently outdoorsy so if u fw footy leagues or pickup definitely hmu. work in tech so would prefer lower manhattan for the subways
