Luke F - $2,500/month

Hey — I’m a recent SMU grad moving to NYC June 1 and looking for a roommate or room. I’ll be working with Union Square Hospitality Group during the week and spending weekends in the Hamptons as a private chef, so I’ll be out of the city most weekends until late September.
I come from a hospitality background, so I’m clean, organized, and will be out of the apartment the majority of the day. Ideally looking for someone with a similar enough work schedule.
Open to any neighborhood but looking to really stay in the lower east side/Union Square Park ish, happy to connect and figure something out.
