Nguyen T - $2,500/month

Hey everyone! I’m 26 and moving from Charlotte to NYC for work, and I’m looking to join an existing lease in Manhattan or find roomies to search for a place (ideally LES, but open to other areas for the right fit).

Looking to move early/mid May and my budget is $2300 max.

I’d love a place with an elevator/amenities if possible, and ideally laundry in-unit or in the building, but I’m flexible!

A little about me:

I work fully remote but I’m rarely home all day since I like working from coffee shops/coworking spots. I love going out, trying new restaurants (huge foodie), and exploring the city, but I’m also always down for a chill night in. I’d prefer someone who is open to hosting every now and then. I’m not one to throw ragers all the time but would love to host a pregame every now and then. I also love having friends come over for dinner parties and would love my roomie/roomies to be a part of that as well! I’m into reading, drawing, and other creative hobbies too.

I’m clean and make an effort to keep shared spaces tidy, and I’d really love to live with someone I can be friends with and vibe with and not just coexist 😊
