We are seeking an ideal candidate who values respect and cleanliness. WFH is ok if it’s done in the room. The 132 sqft room is fully furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed, mattress, nightstand, closet space, and an AC unit for summer comfort. The high ceilings, measuring 11 feet, add to the room's airy ambiance.

Additional amenities include laundry facilities within the building. As a gay couple with two dogs, our furry friends split their time between the city and our weekend retreat. One of us works remotely and is present at the apartment two nights per week, while the other works in a restaurant, mostly away during the day and night.

Rent doesn’t include utilities and WiFi, with a minimum lease term of 3 months. The monthly rent is $2500.
