Room available for early December in a great Harlem apartment with a private backyard space.
About the Apartment:
The room is a good size, can comfortably fit a queen size bed and has a built-in AC/heating unit. The apartment has a full kitchen, shared living space and a nice backyard. Building has an elevator, video intercom system and laundry in the basement. Location is super convenient and is within short walking distance of the 2/3, A/C/E and 4/5/6 trains, as well as plenty of shopping (Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Target, CVS etc.)
The rent is 1250/month, not including electric/internet which average around 100-150/month per person. There’s also a security deposit of 1250 that will go to my previous roommate. Move in date is flexible for anytime between Dec. 1 – 15. You’d be taking over my former roommate’s spot as a subletter through October, with the option to renew officially on Nov 1 if the situation works out.
