The 2 rooms available are on the second floor of our apartment. The rooms are large enough to fit a small wardrobe with a queen size bed and other small furniture pieces. There is access to a large balcony that is shared with the other roommate, with also access to the roof.
Apartment is very short walk to the subway lines and a 15 minute walk to the Brooklyn museum and Prospect Park.
