Looking for a nice, clean, artsy roommate. Kind, respectful and like minded. I love cooking, reading, listening to NPR, music of all kinds, yoga, working out, gardening, farmers markets, thrifting/antiquing. I work in product development at a lingerie company in Manhattan M-F 9-6. During COVID going in the office 2 or 3 days a week other days work from home. Normally after work I like to exercise for an hour or two, and then attempt to cook dinner at least 2-3 times a week. I try to live a very eco-conscious life and especially in the home—I try eating mostly plant based and I prefer using all natural cleaning products and essential oils as opposed to synthetic fragrances or scented candles. Refuse-reduce-reuse-recycle. I know these things are not important to everyone but it is to me and I’d love to live with someone who inspires me to be better in that respect. I also have a lovely little kitty baby and in a cruel twist of fate have become highly allergic to both cats and dogs a few years ago (after I already took in this cat) oh cruel world! I would like to bring my kitty with me but if absolutely necessary can leave her with my sister. I have a Dyson air purifier and Roomba to make it as though no kitty is home. I do love, love, love pets but being in small, confined spaces with more than one pet is usually problematic for my respiratory health.
