Looking for someone laidback & clean who wants to pair up and find a NEW place together when my lease ends at the end of January. (I am not interested in moving into an existing apartment share.)

I want to be close to the E/F in Manhattan or the G in Greenpoint with one or two people. I don't have any furniture and only limited kitchen items--I'm looking forward to purchasing stuff for myself and a future roommate(s) or am open to sharing someone else's living room & kitchen furniture.

I am clean, responsible with rent/utilities, friendly, and laidback--looking for the same. I don't smoke/drink/do drugs but I don't mind if you do. LGBTQ friendly. I'm a public defender working full-time from home bc of Covid but by February may be going back to the office. Otherwise I am out and about quite a bit (though less now with Covid). Would want my future roomie to be okay with me hosting friends/fam from time to time when COVID isn't an issue.
