THE APARTMENT: is spacious, newly renovated, modern, has a washer & dryer in the apt!! It’s amazing! It’s a 3 story walk up but trust me it’s totally worth it! The location is close to major subways!
THE ROOM: is spacious can fit a queen bed, a desk, & dresser. It has a decent size closet as well. Room will be unfurnished.
RENT: You will be paying $1400 a month plus electricity. The WiFi, heat, water, and gas is included in rent.
