I’m looking for a roommate to sign a year lease with starting May 1st! 2 bedroom, 1 bath (Idealy). Hoping to find something in lower manhattan, midtown, Williamsburg, Kips Bay, Murray Hill. I’m pretty open to the location.

I am pretty laid-back! Very clean/tidy and prefer to live with someone similar!

I like to work out, hang out with friends, I work full-time as a project manager at a design firm, currently on a hybrid schedule. I prefer to live with someone who’s open minded, positive, respects common areas, easy going etc :)
