I might have exactly what you are looking for over here in Bushwick! A three minute walk from the Halsey L stop. A short walk from tons of stores. Nearest grocery store is a10 min walk. It’s a GREAT area with lots of artists students and young professionals and And very lgbtq+ friendly. The building I live in has a pool, sauna, gym, and laundry room in the basement and a n amazing rooftop deck with incredible views of the NYC. Skyline.
