My name is Steve. I'm a 31 year old male attorney who lives and works in New York City. I'm unfortunately going through a divorce from wife and looking for a low budget place to rent for the next few months until our joint lease ends (since I'll be paying rent on that until it's over in July). Then, I will be looking to move into my own place.

I'm clean and quiet. I go to work early and return late, so I will not be there very often. But I'm nonetheless personable and very easy going.
