I'm moving to new york city for the first time to work in biomedical research. My friends would describe me as laid back and fun. Typically, I like to go out on weekends, but also can enjoy an evening in. I spent most of this last year traveling throughout oklahoma and texas for my job, so this move will be a nice change of pace, especially since a lot of my friends live in the city.

I'm open minded and considerate and am looking for a roommate who is as well. I would be down to be friends with my roommate, but would also respect if that's not your thing. Also, I'm interested in finding someone who would be taking precautions to limit their exposure to COVID-19. Basically, I'm looking for someone who is respectful, chill, able to communicate, and is covid-conscious.

My ideal place to live is east village or the surrounding area.
