Hi! I have just signed a new lease for an awesome 2-bedroom on 73rd and York, and am looking for a friendly, neat female roommate to live with! The one year lease starts on September 15th and the room is unfurnished.

Due to the pandemic, I moved back home to Westchester after finishing out my lease on the UES, and am now looking forward to getting back into city life again! I’m outgoing, a very neat, respectful and easygoing roommate who (these days) has been loving daily at-home workouts, trying out different recipes, and keeping up on my movie/tv/book list as much as I can. I also love spending time outside - exploring, bar hopping and trying out new restaurants!

I will be WFH likely through the end of the year and would like to find someone who has been just as cautious with COVID restrictions as I am.
