We are renting out the largest bedroom in our 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Hayes and Central in the heart of NOPA. This house is fully furnished other than the bedroom for rent.

Shared bathroom- shower/tub
Large storage closet in the hallway
Living room is a small cozy room with a door- it has another huge storage closet
Kitchen has an oven, gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and a large pantry with shelving. We have a crockpot, coffee maker, air fryer, microwave, toaster, etc.
No laundry on site- two blocks away

Tenants responsible for PGE and Internet
We have a housecleaner come twice a month- 34 dollars twice a month per person
Central heating, No AC but the house stays very cool
New blinds and sound proof windows in all rooms
Local coffee shop and Convenience store across the street
Target and Trader Joes are walking distance
21 muni bus stop right outside
Lyft bike station on our street
One block from the Panhandle park near the DMV
Short walk to both Divisadero and Hayes streets

Leaves the house during the week at 6:45am and returns between 4-5pm
Goes to bed early on week nights- between 8 and 9pm
Enjoys an occasional night out on the town, but prefers trying new wine bars and restaurants on the weekends and nights in
Cooks dinner every night and meal preps Sunday for the week
Has a car in the city and drives it to work
Hangs with Paige and other friends on the weekends and occasionally during the weekdays

Pays bills on time- will Venmo Paige rent and housekeeping and Ali for PGE
