Available Room for Rent
Room available in amazing 2 bedroom/1 bathroom
Hey! My roommate is moving out so I have an opening in my 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment in Bernal Heights. The top floor unit is in a three story building. It was redone before we moved in a few years ago so the kitchen is updated with all new appliances - fridge, gas range/oven, and a dishwasher! The bathroom is also updated and the living room is fully furnished!
The room is about 110 square feet with two closets and one window. The space has room for a desk, a dresser, a bookcase, and a full bed but I think you could fit a queen bed. The room also has a heater.
There is no laundry in the building but there is a laundromat around the corner. Unfortunately we do not have parking.
The location is AMAZING near all the best spots including Front Porch, Blue Plate, El Rio, and the Royal Cuckoo! Busses 14/49 are nearby and it’s a 10-15 minute walk to the 24th st. bart station. One and a half blocks to Safeway.
About me - I am a 27-year-old woman working in finance downtown. I love going to the movies and trying out new recipes.
Rent is $1755 and utilities/internet are about $175 per month.
Security deposit is $1695.

- Employed with a stable job (need to know you can pay rent)
- Proof of earnings 3x monthly rent (MUST)
- You’re a good human, clean and respectful
- Ideally a chica mid-late twenties
- Non-smoker
- No pets (allergies sorry)
- 6-month minimum lease
