Hi future roomie!
We have a large room for rent in our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Richmond home. You will be sharing one of the bathrooms with another roommate. The house has a living room, dining room, full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a backyard.
We are 2 working professional ladies in our mid 20's who work in SF (tech, and non-profit work). We are considerate of each other's space and needs, and value having a TIDY house. Because of our busy schedules, we mostly keep to ourselves, but enjoy dinners/brunches together and glasses of wine+ movies when we can!
Please no pets, no couples, no loud/late parties, and no smoking of any kind. We prefer someone who can make a 12-month least commitment. The room is available for a move-in date of April 1st 2020.
Please be ready to provide proof of a steady income (e.g a copy of your most recent pay stubs), and credit report.
Rent is $1,450. On average the utilities are about $150/200 each a month and the security deposit is $1,078.
Location:
The house is located blocks from beautiful Baker Beach/ Lands End Hike. There is a Grocery Outlet 2 blocks away and several delicious restaurants close by. We are also close to the 38 and 31 bus stops. We do not have a parking spot available, but we both have cars and do not have trouble finding parking in the neighborhood.
Who you are:
A working professional in your mid 20's to early 30's who also values a clean house and does not bring the party home or have excessive overnight guests.
If you’re interested, please message me with a little bit about yourself + social media links. Thanks!
-O + K
