Brittany T - $1,500/month

Hi everyone! I currently live in New York but I am looking for jobs in the Bay Area. My plans are super tentative but I wanted to be proactive and meet people on here ahead of time!

I work in the health education/advocacy field. I'm very passionate about reproductive justice and sexual health. I am also into arts and culture. I'm so excited to experience all that the Bay Area has to offer. If you're someone who likes to be active around town or be involved in social issues then I'm sure we'd find a lot in common.

I am a friendly, courteous person. I try to be as clean as possible to be considerate of others but I'm definitely not perfect. My number policy is communication. Let's talk to each other and make sure everyone's happy in their living space :D

Also, I have a yellow-naped Amazon parrot, named Poppy. He is a beautiful creature and very bonded to me (so we are a packaged deal). I'm very careful about keeping his cage and surrounding area clean. He's mostly quiet and well-behaved, especially when he's kept happy with lots of attention and toys. Occasionally (once a week or so) he will have a little yelling fit that lasts a couple of minutes. It's usually in the morning when the sun comes up. He never yells when it's dark out ever! I'm definitely looking for a roommate who likes birds and will accept him.
