Spacious accomodations are 12x22' furnished with a queen bed, couch, dresser, table and chairs. Large walk in closet and private bathroom extend your private space.

The kitchen is shared and has lots of dedicated cabinet and cupboard space for you. The shared backyard has a sitting area, lemon and apple trees. Wi-Fi extends into the yard. Washer/drier is onsite.

I work from home and have 2 kids (17 and 19) who live here PT and attend City College. We have been sharing space with roommates for several years, most of whom were newcomers or Fulbright scholars; we've shared space with folks from 5 continents.

The house environment is pretty chill, and social in shared spaces. I'm sober (but it's ok if you drink). Sensitivities to artificial scents makes this a scent-free home (no perfumes or chemical scents, please). Lease has a 3 month trial period and can be extended upon mutual agreement.
