Hello!

Room in the heart of Williamsburg available for long-term sublet, flexible move in date, Dec 1 or Jan 1! 

We are 2 blocks from Whole Foods, 1 block from Trader Joes (coming soon!), 1 block from Foodtown! Soo many bars, restos and gyms in the area. 3 blocks from the waterfront and many many parks in the neighborhood! 0.4 miles from Bedford L stop, 0.8 miles to Marcy J/M/Z stop and 0.4 miles from the North Williamsburg ferry stop.

The room has beautiful hardwood floors, ceiling-high closet with tons of storage with a window air conditioning unit. The apartment itself is a 3BR with 2 bathrooms, and you will share a bathroom with one other roommate. The bedroom is just off the kitchen and entryway.
The kitchen with a long countertop and full size refrigerator, the area opens out into the living room area. The room is enormous filled with light, plants, and a glass dining table, TV, couch. 
There's a lot of charm throughout the building and apartment. It's an elevator building, a washer and dryer in the unit, a safe mail/ package area with a garbage / recycling room on the ground floor. There is a super on site. Management is very responsive to issues.

As for the people who live here: We are 2 professionals (f), ranging 30-32. We all have our own lives and schedules, travel sometimes for work but also have days of relaxing at home and cooking. We both have been working from home so more time in the apartment than before covid! 

I have a doggy, Samson! He's super friendly, so you must be a dog person :)

You: we are looking for someone around our age, hopefully looking for the same NYC experiences right now! Must be a clean person, wipe down counters after usage, empty drying rack, take out garbage / recycling when needed, just please be a generally aware and respectful type of person!

This is a NO smoking, no weeknight party apartment (unless you ask and we prob will be chill with it for special occasions!) 420 friendly.
