***[EDIT 03/26/2023: Hello, so I have received some unfortunate news from my roommate that intends move out and not renew our lease for the 5/15/2023 - 5/15/2024 rental year, so I am currently in search of a roommate for the existing apartment that I have. It is a beautiful, open apartment with floor to ceiling windows right in the heart of Long Island City. About a 5 minute walk to the Queensboro station, you will have access to Manhattan via the 7-Line and N-Line. Additionally, another station within the area is 21st and Queensbridge along the the F-Line, so access to Central Park and midtown Manhattan is quick and effortless. The apartment is a two-bedroom, two bathroom layout with one of the rooms being a master that I am currently in. However, the additional bedroom/bathroom would be solely my roommate's. Building amenities also include a gorgeous marble lobby, laundry in the basement, secure access via a key-fob, and a cage for all packages. That being said, the renal payment will come to $1825 (subject to a small increase based on the renewal rate, but I can't see it being more than $100), Internet is $89.99 a month for my current provider which is Verizon, and the utilities peaked around $150 for my share. Water and Gas is also included. Therefore, the all-in monthly cost of this apartment will come to $2100 to be conservative. While this amount may seem pricey, you are paying for a safe and secure neighborhood with easy access to Manhattan. There are also plenty of small coffee shops, stores, diners, and grocery stores which is 1-train stop away or a 10 minute walk in Court Square. If interested, I am happy to schedule a tour or send pictures of the place]***
