Hi, I'm Brandon. I'm currently living on the Upper East Side but am moving out to save on rent and to have more space. I'm a pretty laid back and relaxed guy, but also like to have fun. I'd love to be friends with my roommate, it'd make living here really fun. I'm really into music, movies, TV shows, reading, working out, trying new restaurants, and video games (when I have the time). I also plan on travelling some more, and enjoy going out every now and then.

I'm a CPA working at a consulting firm, so you know rent and bills will always be paid on time. I work remotely a majority of the time but am trying (unsuccessfully) to get back into the office.

I like to have a balance of socializing and alone time. I don't usually have friends over as I like to be out and seeing as much of the city as I can. I like to keep the apartment clean and put together. I'm the kind of person who usually does the dishes as soon as I finish cooking. My budget is a max of $1800 for my room. I'm looking to live in Queens, Brooklyn, or Jersey City. It'd be great to be at most 45 minutes away from the city.
