Hi there, my name is Tim and I'm looking for a new roommate and apartment for a May or June move in date. I've lived in NYC since 2019 and I work in the field of public health. I like tennis, running, cooking/baking, reading, video games (mainly Nintendo), among other things. I work from home mainly so I'm home during the day 3-4 days a week, and I'm often out and about in the evenings and on weekends.

My roommate preference would be another queer-identifying person but not a requirement. Apart from my partner, I only occasionally have other friends over.

I try to keep public spaces pretty clean and I spend a fair amount of time in the public space playin video games, watching TV, or cooking in the kitchen. I don't have any pets but I love animals and am open to pets. I'm very friendly and easygoing and open to different levels of social interaction depending on your preferences.
