30-year-old dude looking for a spot in Brooklyn. Not home too often due to work. Depending on what other roommates want, I'm happy to hang out and be a part of a lively home environment or stick to myself (but still be friendly around the house). I am very clean and cleanliness from other roommates is probably the most important factor to in choosing a place to live. I also work a decent number of hours and so need a quiet environment overnights most of the time, but cool with social events at home if I know ahead of time. I don't have any pets but cool with roommates having them as long as it doesn't affect the cleanliness of the apartment too much.
