My names Ryan, I’m 24 and I currently live in nyc, but I’m moving out of my place cause of a lack of space. So prioritizing that and location.

I’m currently considering Upper East Side, Williamsburg, Chelsea, WV, Gramercy, LES, and Greenpoint. My lease ends end of March but ideally I’d like to find place end of March if not earlier. April 1st works as well though.

• Very active and love playing sports. Big on Pickleball rn and am in a league with my buddies
• Social person who is easy to get along with and enjoys going out, but also likes a night in watching Netflix with the roommates
• Work in marketing - WFH mostly
