I’m looking for someone to takeover my portion of the lease for a room in a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom condo in Harlem — with a washer/dryer and dishwasher in unit — from Jan. 1 through May 31!

The condo is on the third floor of a walk up building between Strivers’ Row and Hamilton Heights on a tree-lined street! You’ll have rooftop access and large windows in the living room/kitchen area, which get a lot of sunlight during the day. There’s also exposed brick throughout the unit!

The building is in a really great area: There’s a cafe right next to the building — plenty of others are within a short walking distance — it’s a block away from St. Nicholas park, 145th street is also a few blocks away and it’s surrounded by restaurants and bodegas.

Both the 145th street and 135th street subway stations are 0.2 miles away, so it’s a fast and easy commute into midtown.

You’ll be living with one roommate: A woman in her late 20s who is a corporate professional. She works 100% remote and travels a decent amount.

Rent is $1,397, excluding utilities. You’ll need to pay 2x rent (first month’s rent and security deposit) at signing.
