Fedelle A - $1,800/month

Hi everyone,

I'm Fedelle! I'm based in LA, but I recently started working for a tech company that's taking me east. Looking for 1-2 like-minded people to share a home with. Must be vaccinated.

A few things about me:

I enjoy movies a lot, so in addition to regular streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, HBOMax, etc.), I also have accounts with Mubi and the Criterion Channel. If you're not a cinephile yet, you might be once we start living with each other.

I also have a dog! His name is Pan. He's a 9-year-old Maltese mix and he is beautiful. He's a little skittish when meeting new people, so ideally the person we'll be sharing a home with loves dogs and will have the patience for Pan until he gets acclimated to the new environment. I'll most likely be working remotely for the most part, but on the days I won't be, Pan will be at daycare if there's one nearby.

As for choosing a neighborhood, I'm pretty open to most areas in Manhattan and Brooklyn. My priorities in choosing a place are based on whether there is an in-unit W/D or at least have laundry facilities in the building.
