Will R - $1,500/month

Recently graduated and in the interview process with a few jobs up in NYC. Did an internship in the summer of 2019 there and enjoyed every bit of it, besides staying in the non-air conditioned NYU dorms. I enjoy going out on the weekends but do really value alone time/finding cool and interesting spots within the city. Don’t need too many amenities within an apartment but want to be comfortable enough if that makes sense. Need a roommate that won’t be an absolute slob, I like keeping my space clean.
