Hello, my name is Alan, and I am a student at NYU for a graduate program that starts in August. I am searching for a roommate and a place to live close to the NYU campus if possible. I would describe myself as easygoing, friendly, and considerate.

Since this is the first time I shall be living in New York City, I am looking for a roommate who might be a bit familiar with the area, but this isn't a must. I don't mind pets but would prefer a dog if my roommate were to have a pet. My budget is a bit flexible, depending on the location and size of the apartment.

I don't consider myself a night owl, but my bedtime may vary depending on the day. I would consider my cooking skills mediocre; therefore, I occasionally cook. I hope to find a roommate(s) who is also a student, but this is also not a must.
