I'm an electrical engineer currently living in Manhattan. I travel a lot for my job (70-80%) during the work week. I'm usually back in the city most weekends. I'm into the outdoors especially hiking, backpacking, camping, etc. Whenever I'm home I like to cook. I'm usually pretty tidy and almost always wash dishes right after cooking. Since I travel a lot, I'm somewhat flexible on where I can live, but I think I'm mainly looking at apartment on the East Side (Upper East and Midtown). I have been looking at Stuytown on 20th street as well which has great pricing for some 3 person apartments. I'm looking at paying rent between $1300-1500 if possible. My current lease in East Harlem ends on July 31st.
