Since my job is not reopening for in person anytime soon, I’m trying to sublease my room in a 3 bed 2 bath apartment in the chinatown/2 bridges neighborhood. I’m looking for a male roommate to take over from November 1 2021- August 1 2022(when the lease ends). I’m open to something short term as well but I prefer someone to end the lease for me. I just need someone to takeover the room asap. You’ll be living with 2 other male housemates in their mid 20s and you will be close to a bunch of restaurants/bars on the lower east side.
