Found the best deal I've seen in Sutton Place. The rest of the lease runs through May 31st, 2026. 2 Bed/1Bath and the current tenants are willing to leave behind a lot of their big furniture items. I also have a friend who's willing to sell us (for cheap) anything else we'd need, so it'd basically be fullly furnished quickly.
The kitchen is updated with an electric stove, nice cabinets and a dishwasher. The bathroom also is updated and has a filterered water shower header.
There's also an affordable Wash & Fold service in the building.
