Hi I recently moved here from AZ and am looking for a long-term place starting Sept 1, along with my cat and best boy, Leo. My name is Adam and I'm 28m. I'm also open to searching for a place with a few other people!

What I’m Looking For
• Budget: Up to $1900 (less is better!) for a private room and preferably a private bath (or shared with 1 other)
• Term: 6-12 mo.
• Roommates: Professionals around my age (25-34)
• Neighborhoods: Primarily Williamsburg, Prospect Heights, Greenpoint, Manhattan (downtown up to UES/UWS), parts of Bushwick — main priority is <10 min walk from a rail station.
• Other: Cat friendly, clean & respectful shared spaces
• Ideally: In-unit or in-building laundry, close to a gym, no couples

About Me
• I work remotely as an Operations Analyst at a software company. Stable income, great credit (760+), and always on time with rent
• While I'm WFH, I commute to a coworking space at least half the week
• Hobbies: weightlifting, singing, dabbling in music-making, casual gaming, travel (17+ countries and counting!), sci-fi media, concerts, and exploring the city!
• I’m clean, considerate, and have a decade of roommate experience
• Social introvert and not the type to bring the party home, but I'm not opposed to having people over occasionally

Leo is my neutered and well-behaved cat. He’s friendly, affectionate, and has never had any type of accident. Never even a hairball! If you already have a cat, I'm sure he'd love an extra friend.

Wouldn't mind roommates who are social, open to showing me around, or down to hang occasionally—it’d mean a lot as I build a new circle
