NYer of 9+ years seeking a roommate for a 9/1/25 move-in! Open to a wide range of neighborhoods, but primarily looking in lower Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. Lower East Side (live here currently), Williamsburg, Bushwick, or LIC would be my top choices.
Clean, quiet, and respectful. I drink socially, but don't smoke. No pets, but not opposed if you have any. I enjoy hosting pregames/parties from time to time, but always keep them under control.
Ideal apartment has laundry in-unit or in-building... I've been fortunate enough to always have laundry in NYC, and I'm really hoping to keep that streak going lol
I cook the majority of days/nights but always clean up after myself.
